To ensure the best possible service for all of our clients, we kindly request that any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain an efficient schedule. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a new booking fee will be required to secure a future appointment, as the original booking will no longer be valid.
